Gartner, Inc. is seeking a seasoned advisor to guide clients on selecting warehouse and fulfillment systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will research vendor markets, contribute to Gartner research, and deliver high-impact presentations at conferences and client briefings.

The role requires strong writing, presentation skills, and deep end-to-end supply chain knowledge. Remote work, travel up to 10–20%, and a bachelor’s or higher in information systems or logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain concepts (plan, source, make, deliver, service).
• 7+ years in systems/solutions for warehousing and distribution.
• First-hand knowledge of multiple WMS vendors is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on selecting warehouse and fulfillment systems and vendors.
• Prepare high-value presentations and Gartner research materials.
• Lead or participate in on-site/virtual advisory sessions and workshops.
• Support Gartner Supply Chain sales cycle and collaborate with research teams.
