Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a visionary Senior Director, Head of General Bank Lending Platform to define and drive strategy for the nCino-based loan origination ecosystem across consumer, small business, and commercial lending. This leader will partner with Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure regulatory alignment and superior client experiences.

You will steer platform governance, agile delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and loan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale lending technology ecosystems.
• Preferred: extensive nCino experience and lending operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the lending platform.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and executive stakeholder forums.
• Drive product governance, agile delivery, and performance measurement.
• Strengthen risk governance and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams and provide executive insights.
