Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare field enablement or related
• Experience leading leadership development and coaching organizations
• Experience with AI-enabled learning, coaching, or analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead Leadership & Capability Training and AI Engagement & Design teams
• Align priorities, resources, and investments with commercial objectives
• Establish annual capability and innovation roadmaps and ensure execution
• Oversee leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and capability-building solutions
• Evolve leadership competencies and development strategies to meet business needs
• Partner with HR and Commercial Leadership to strengthen leadership pipelines
• Identify and implement innovative solutions (including AI tools) to improve learning and field effectiveness
• Establish governance and ensure business value of initiatives
• Act as trusted advisor to commercial leaders and align enablement investments
• Define metrics for leadership capabilities and coaching effectiveness; use analytics to improve programs
• Lead directors/managers and drive talent development and succession planning
