Zusammenfassung

Vi is seeking a Director of IT Systems and Cybersecurity to lead cloud, on-premises and security operations across our multi-site organization. The role reports to the VP of IT and CISO, shaping technology direction while protecting operational integrity for our corporate office and communities.

The ideal candidate will drive roadmaps, manage a cybersecurity program, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant, reliable technology solutions with a strong security posture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years IT infrastructure/cloud/cybersecurity experience with at least 4 years in management.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, incident response, and multi-site IT systems.
• Advanced cyber security certifications and Azure certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for IT systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Directly supervise the IT Cybersecurity Analyst and lead talent development.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service agreements across Azure, cybersecurity, infrastructure and on-premise systems.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and security policies for the organization.
• Lead security operations including SOC, SIEM, MDR and phishing awareness programs.
• Oversee on-premise physical systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
