Job summary

Hope the Mission seeks a Senior Director of Interim Housing to lead HTM’s interim housing programs and scale them across multiple sites in Los Angeles County. You will oversee staff, budgets, contracts, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

You will report to the Deputy Chief Program Officer and guide program directors, managers, and staff while representing HTM in government and public meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, human services, public administration, or a related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred but not required; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing programs and staff with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing programmatic budgets in a government-funded environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee programs and staff. Ensure compliance with LAHSA contracts and funder requirements.
• Manage Program Directors and provide guidance to program managers and staff across multiple sites.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and compliance; align programs with HTM’s goals and values.
