Job summary

Northeastern University in Boston is seeking a Director of Enrollment Analytics to ensure accurate reporting and to develop undergraduate enrollment forecasting and federal aid forecasting models. The role leads analytics, drives process improvements, and represents the department in meetings to share findings.

The Director collaborates with the BI team, manages Tableau Server, supports data security, and mentors data analysts to deliver high‑quality insights across Enrollment Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5–7 years in a data analyst or reporting role.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python, SPSS and Cognos.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience leading teams and delivering reports on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tableau reporting environment and dashboard development.
• Develop and enhance enrollment forecasting models and forecasts.
• Ensure data quality and standards across systems and reports.
• Produce ad hoc reports and present data insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor data analysts on the team.
