Ladders seeks a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions - E&O Leader to guide a cross-functional team delivering customer-facing program execution and proposal development for complex bioprocessing projects. The role aligns internal and external partners to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes while translating market feedback into input for product and R&D teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $210,000 – $300,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of life sciences industry experience, particularly in process engineering and GMP manufacturing.
• 7+ years leading complex capital and bioprocessing projects from proposal through delivery.
• 5+ years in people leadership, with a focus on talent development and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development of integrated solutions process designs and proposal templates.
• Manage the proposal team to create tailored customer solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
• Recruit and develop high-performing project management talent, establishing clear performance expectations.
• Develop partnership strategies with engineering firms and technology suppliers to enhance customer value.
• Manage post-sale project priorities to ensure predictable delivery while balancing resources.
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into actionable insights for R&D and product management.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions - E&O Leader to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will guide a cross-functional integrated solutions organization focused on customer-facing program execution, proposal development, and delivery of complex bioprocessing projects. The role will align internal teams and external partners to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs while supporting safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. This position also plays a key role in translating market and customer feedback into actionable input for product and R&D teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
