Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to lead Chapter Aesthetic Studio’s data-driven growth across paid media, SEO/AI-search, CRM, and site optimization. You will own strategy, budgeting, and a high-performing team, aligning analytics, brand, product, and operations to maximize guest acquisition and retention.

Based onsite in Chicago, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, deliver measurable outcomes, and scale an integrated marketing roadmap across markets

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in digital marketing, with multi-channel experience.
• 3-5+ years in a people-leadership role overseeing a digital marketing team.
• Proven track record setting and executing cross-channel strategy (paid, SEO, CRM, CRO).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/agency relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a unified digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/AI-search, CRM, and site experience.
• Own and optimize the digital marketing budget, allocate spend by market and channel.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team; drive test-and-learn initiatives.
• Partner with analytics, brand, product, and finance to align demand, capacity, and ROI.
