The role requires 10+ years in transformation or senior operational leadership within insurance, plus a Bachelor's and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or senior operational leadership within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change programs delivering tangible financial and operational improvements.
• Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly valued.
• Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic planning and assessment of portfolio companies to identify performance improvements and cost optimization.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs including process redesign, technology modernization, and organizational design.
• Drive value creation through execution of levers with portfolio company leadership to hit targets.
• Collaborate with C-suite, functional leaders, and external advisors to manage change and adoption.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress, reporting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Apply deep insurance industry knowledge to inform transformation strategies and competitive advantages.
