Job summary
Compass Insurance Company is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join a fast-growing team. This role focuses on program due diligence, launch readiness, and ongoing program and claims oversight, with KPI development and reporting driving informed decisions.
You will evaluate prospective programs, monitor operations, and build scalable monitoring processes across lines of business, reporting to senior management and driving corrective actions through resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance program due diligence and oversight.
- Familiarity with MGA/TPA relationships and underwriting controls.
- Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and KPI development.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluations of prospective programs and MGA/TPA partners.
- Assess profitability, pricing assumptions, and underwriting controls.
- Monitor claims capabilities, data quality, and operational controls.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; drive corrective actions.
- Oversee launches with systematic access and governance before go-live.
- Report findings to senior management and recommend actions.
