Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of Institutional Valuation experience.
• State Certified General License required.
• MAI designation preferred.
• Solid understanding of Fair Value (ASC 820), IVS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Appraisal Reports and related Consulting.
• Conduct data collection and market research.
• Perform cash flow projections and present value analysis.
