Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Director - Institutional Valuation to lead appraisal reporting and related consulting across portfolios in the United States. The role demands strong communication, analytics, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will prepare reports, perform valuation analytics, and coordinate with senior leadership. Domestic travel is expected; MAI preferred, state license required, and proficiency with Argus Enterprise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related area required
• 5 to 10 years of Institutional Valuation experience
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
• Argus Enterprise knowledge required
• State Certified General License required
• MAI designation preferred
• Familiarity with ASC 820 Fair Value and IVS

Responsibilities

• Prepare Appraisal Reports and related consulting and financial analytics
• Travel is a requirement of the position
• Handle multiple assignments with consistent methodology across portfolios
• Perform cash flow projections and present value analysis (Argus Enterprise)
• Analyze comparable sales, costs, and reconcile Final Values
