Epworth Children's Home, Inc. is seeking a skilled administrator to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the foster care programs across the organization. The role emphasizes supervision, program development, and regulatory compliance to safeguard children and families.

The candidate will supervise directors, promote best practices, train staff, build community partnerships, and shape budgets to deliver safe, compassionate care in alignment with Epworth's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Five years experience working with children in the child welfare system.
• Prior experience working with a child placing agency is highly desired.
• Proficient with multiple software programs (Word, Excel) and able to learn new databases quickly.
• Certified Together Facing the Challenge trainer within 1 year of hire.
• Able to pass standard background checks (drug screen, DSS, etc.).
• Belief system and faith practices compatible with United Methodist Church.
