Masimo Medical Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Senior Director of Implementations to lead the US Field Implementations, clinical specialists, and automation engineering from contract to go-live and post-live support.

You will drive time-to-revenue, align with Sales upstream, and own the forecast and resource plan while ensuring quality and compliance across hospitals and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical discipline preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in implementation, project management, or deployment operations leadership, including global or multi-region scope.
• 5+ years leading leaders, managing large or geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Field Implementations organization, Clinical Specialists, and Automation Engineering, owning end-to-end delivery from signing through go-live and post-live confidence.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Project Management team to plan, resource, and execute projects.
• Own KPIs, schedule adherence, quality, and time to revenue with regional operating plans.
