Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking an Implementation Supervisor to spearhead the rollout of healthcare logistics services for clients nationwide. You will coordinate site setup, recruit and train local management teams, and manage project timelines to ensure a successful Go-Live.

You’ll serve as the central coordinator across IT, analytics, sales, and operations, ensuring the local operation is prepared for post-launch handover. This role requires up to 70% travel and a collaborative, high-energy approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• 1–2 years logistics or project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
