Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology with peer‑reviewed publications is required.
• Advanced knowledge of immunology, immune‑mediated diseases, translational science and immunoassay data.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience with 8+ years of direct people management.
• Ability to leverage AI to analyze complex biological datasets to generate insights.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience publishing original research.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative portfolio content development in the immunology research space.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and strategic marketing to define portfolio scope and objectives.
• Provide portfolio updates with progress toward goals.
• Engage across functions to ensure alignment of activities.
• Advocate for commercial support and contribute to marketing content.
• Develop relationships with academic and biopharma leaders to advance CST’s leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of scientists; oversee budget, resources, and timelines.
• Provide scientific oversight to bench scientists and publish findings.
• Support cross‑functional process improvements.
• Provide guidance on portfolio content to align with company mission.
