- 8+ years of people leadership and team management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of scientific portfolio strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Build relationships with academic researchers, industry experts, and strategic partners to address scientific questions and market needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of scientific professionals, managing resources, timelines, and priorities to ensure project execution.
