The role partners with manufacturing, development, and external collaborators to advance the cell and gene therapy portfolio.

The candidate will lead scientific strategy, mentor teams, and influence investment decisions while ensuring high-quality execution across discovery and development

Qualifications

• PhD/MD (or equivalent) in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research Program Teams for 2+ programs across immunology and cell/gene therapy.
• Develop strategies to advance novel immunomodulatory and translational immunology approaches.
• Guide cross-functional teams from discovery through development to IND/FIM/PoC.
• Shape portfolio strategy using deep immunology expertise and data-driven insights.
• Build collaborations with internal functions and external partners.
• Manage resources, budgets, and personnel to align with objectives.
• Mentor scientists and uphold scientific rigor and integrity.
