Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an ICT Integration Lead to advance the Interventional Cardiology Therapies portfolio and build a unified operating model. The role prioritizes delivering core therapy execution while guiding phased integration, governance, and leadership alignment to maximize value across ICT offerings.

The ideal candidate has extensive program leadership experience, a background in healthcare technology, and the ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic integration

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in management.
• Or an advanced degree with 13 years of prior relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Define a phased ICT integration roadmap across near-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
• Protect therapy execution by avoiding disruption to product development and milestones.
• Identify high-value, low-disruption integration opportunities across the ICT portfolio.
• Align leadership on the integration approach and communicate progress.
• Develop the long-term operating model and governance for integrated ICT.
• Lead the integration PMO and manage milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, quality, finance, and HR.
