The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and end-to-end delivery to drive tangible business outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience translating business strategy into IT roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Experience in medical device/healthcare or similarly regulated industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute IT strategies for the CST business and translate priorities into a tech roadmap.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to assigned Operating Units, Regions, and Functions.
• Lead joint IT portfolio prioritization balancing business value, risk, and feasibility.
• Establish investment cases with benefits and ROI measures for major initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment among business and IT decision-makers across boundaries.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT products and services to enable business outcomes.
• Provide governance and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Mentor others in business relationship management and technology decision-making.
