• Own vendor strategy and negotiation at enterprise/multi-domain scale.
• Lead enterprise AI governance and modernization initiatives across domains.
• Lead Directors, Managers, and Senior Managers and drive succession planning.
• Own budget and resourcing for modernization and technical debt reduction.
