Job summary

The role focuses on building a comprehensive S&OP strategy, leading cross-functional decision making, and delivering actionable dashboards to executives. Strong leadership and change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years in operations, planning, or supply chain with at least 8+ years in leadership.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with governance, cross-functional leadership, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead SNC's S&OP process across the enterprise.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making aligning strategy, programs, and finance.
• Develop data-driven enterprise planning with dashboards and BI insights.
• Define governance rules, cadences, and scorecards for IBP.
• Lead change management and adoption of integrated business planning.
