Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) seeks a Sr. Director of Integrated Business Planning to architect and drive enterprise-wide S&OP, connecting customer demand, supply, and financial outcomes.

This role shapes governance, analytics, and disciplined process adoption across Strategy, Programs, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic integrator with 15+ years in operations or supply chain leadership, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, or supply chain, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in financial planning & analysis, program/corporate finance, pricing, or other quantitative/analytical roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving organizational change and adoption of new business processes.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise-wide S&OP process across Strategy, IR&D, Business Development, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Talent, Facilities, and Finance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive S&OP strategy aligned with SNC’s aerospace, defense, and security sectors.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and scenario planning to balance demand, supply, and financial outcomes.
• Establish governance, cadence, and scorecards to ensure disciplined planning and accountability.
• Lead change management efforts, coaching leaders, and creating communities of practice.
