Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Director, Downstream Marketing to lead global Hugo product management and US region marketing for a high-growth robotic-assisted surgery portfolio. You will translate customer and market insights into strategy, drive launches, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute on global priorities.

You will collaborate across communications, digital, clinical, regulatory, and sales to deliver compliant, evidence-based programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in downstream marketing or market development in the medical device space.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across functions in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into product strategy and market plans.

Responsibilities

• Directs global Hugo product management across lifecycle, including market research and launches.
• Leads US Region Marketing and aligns global strategy with regional needs.
• Coaches and develops team members responsible for Hugo product management and marketing.
