Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employment practices.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting both corporate functions and multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in complex organizations.
• Experience leading organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.
