UC Irvine is seeking a dynamic HR Client Services Director who will lead integrated HR services, manage HR Business Partners, and ensure policy compliance across the Health system. This leadership role focuses on client-centric service delivery, alignment with business strategy, and building strong HR partnerships.

The role requires extensive HR experience in a university/health center setting, excellent communication, and a collaborative leadership style to advance organizational goals.
