Job summary

You will align priorities with organizational goals and partner with Directors and senior leadership on planning, performance, and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing teams within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Title 22, Joint Commission, CMA, and CDPH regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and effectively manage conflict
• Current CA Clinical Social Work license
• Demonstrated ability to create high-performing, interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities
