Job summary

Carolina Caring is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Hospice and Inpatient Services to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for our hospice services across home, facility, and inpatient care settings. This role will be based at Carolina Caring's Gaston County office and will oversee Hospice Houses and assigned hospice services throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN; MSN preferred.
• Active North Carolina nursing license and CPR certification.
• Five years of clinical experience including hospice/home health and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for hospice services across home, facility and inpatient settings.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care with regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship.
• Direct leadership to Hospice Houses and assigned hospice services; collaborate with Clinical Directors and clinical teams.
