Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/financial discipline is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional trust/wealth management designation preferred (CTFA, CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Trust Company client segment strategy, planning, and execution translating priorities into growth and service objectives.
• Oversee performance, evolution, and scalability of Core, High Net Worth, and emerging trust segments.
• Establish governance, risk, and performance frameworks with visibility into client outcomes and fiduciary quality.
• Drive cross-functional execution across business, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and service teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, operating efficiency, and segment innovation.
• Inform strategic decisions with market insights and performance reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Wealth Management, or related field

Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline)

Professional trust/wealth management designation (CTFA, CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or equivalent)
