Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising or related relationship management experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Supervisory experience preferred for Senior Director level.
• Strong networking and donor engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and families.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts aligned with Foundation goals.
• Represent The Miami Foundation at community and philanthropic events.
• Collaborate to develop sophisticated philanthropic strategies for donors.
• Track progress against fundraising goals and donor engagement metrics.
