Job summary

Consertus seeks a Director, Healthcare Capital Projects, to lead and expand our healthcare capital delivery practice. You will oversee complex hospital, outpatient, and clinical space programs, guiding teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering on time and budget.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, program management, and business development, with a focus on healthcare project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction or capital project management, with healthcare delivery experience.
• Experience leading large, complex healthcare construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare building systems (mechanical, electrical, low-voltage).
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, codes, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Procore, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional or market healthcare capital project strategies.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with health system leaders and capital teams.
• Provide executive oversight for large healthcare capital programs and portfolios.
• Mentor project managers and ensure best practices in healthcare planning and construction management.
• Develop and present project documentation and executive-level reports.
