Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Senior Cost Manager (Healthcare Capital Programs) based in Seattle, WA to lead all cost management activities for healthcare construction projects. You will own budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and change control from preconstruction through closeout, providing executive-ready reporting and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction cost management, cost engineering, or project financial management.
• Experience with healthcare, institutional, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Ownership of project budgets, forecasts, committed costs, and cash flow.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, forecasting methods, governance and controls.
• Proficiency with cost management systems, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management for healthcare construction and infrastructure projects.
• Own budgets, committed costs, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain cost-to-complete forecasts and WBS structures.
• Drive change control, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
• Prepare executive-level cost reports and narratives.
• Collaborate with PMs, accounting, contractors, and clients; lead cost review meetings.
