Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Healthcare Capital Projects to lead complex hospital, outpatient, and clinical facility programs in a hybrid Seattle-based role.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with enterprise strategy.

This senior leadership position emphasizes executive communication, client development, and delivery excellence across healthcare capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction or capital project management, with healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex healthcare construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, building codes, commissioning, transition planning, and operational readiness.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional healthcare capital project strategies.
• Lead executive client relationships and pursuit strategies with healthcare system leaders.
• Provide governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation across programs.
• Mentor project managers and ensure best practices in healthcare planning and construction management.
• Oversee documentation, reports, and executive presentations; drive delivery improvements.
