Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction or capital project management, with healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex healthcare construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, building codes, commissioning, transition planning, and operational readiness.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Primavera.

This role is responsible for overseeing complex healthcare construction and capital improvement programs, managing high-performing project teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare system executives. The Director will provide strategic advisory, program, and project management services to healthcare clients while also contributing to business development and operational leadership.
