Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Director of Advanced Analytics to lead the design, development and deployment of BI solutions and data pipelines across global business units. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive data-driven improvements, and mentor analysts to deliver scalable analytics for strategic decisions.

Required are advanced analytics leadership, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and strong data warehousing expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant related experience (12 years for Bachelor's or 10 years for Master's) in analytics or a quantitative field.
Experience architecting, developing and deploying BI, analytics and reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading large data projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Identify new analytics tools to improve capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges with significant financial impact.
Design, develop and lead implementation of BI solutions and data pipelines from data mart to end-user tools.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and drive process improvements and self-service adoption.
Mentor and train teams, drive policy/process changes and improve data quality and training.
Guide business design and operational metrics dashboards for BUs, functions and regions.
