Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead Healthcare Provider Strategy & Innovation. You will advise C-suite executives, drive transformative strategy engagements, and build enduring client relationships.

You will originate new engagements, manage proposals, and guide teams across multi-workstream projects in hospitals, health systems, and related provider entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare provider strategy and transformation.
• Proven track record advising C-suite and boards.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements and BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs and boards on strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
• Lead enterprise strategy engagements focused on growth, transformation, and partnerships.
• Originate and close significant engagements; manage proposals and negotiations.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and generate repeat business.
• Frame complex problems and deliver actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentor consultants and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
