Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Director to lead Healthcare Decision Support and Financial Performance Advisory engagements for health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, and IDNs. You will help clients strengthen decision‑making, modernize performance management, and translate data into sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare, analytics, or related field.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, CPA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Willing to travel weekly up to 80% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive advisor to healthcare CFOs and finance leaders.
• Lead assessments of finance, decision support, analytics, reporting, profitability, and performance management capabilities.
• Develop enterprise performance‑improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and financial goals.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership and boards.
