Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive the delivery strategy for Sg2 claims analytics products, including governance of capability development and scalable service models.

You will guide managers, consultants and product advisors to ensure high‑quality execution and strong client engagement across cross‑functional teams. Qualifications

• Advanced degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics delivery or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with Medicare/Commercial claims data required.
• Experience leading analytics product delivery and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy and execution for Sg2 claims analytics products.
• Implement scalable service models for consistent delivery.
• Develop managers, consultants and product advisors.
• Provide coaching and performance oversight to ensure client engagement.
• Partner with product management, development, sales and operations.
• Design and support internal training for client education.
• Serve as SME for Sg2 analytics tools and cross‑disciplinary integration.
• Engage healthcare executives to assess satisfaction and align objectives.
• Support release planning and delivery readiness for new products.
• Manage staffing models and resource allocation for growth.
• Monitor delivery metrics and drive process improvements including automation and AI.
• Strengthen collaboration with data operations and analytics teams.
