Job summary

Vizient is seeking a professional to support the utilization and adoption of Sg2 products and solutions. You will collaborate with client-facing teams and senior colleagues to deliver value through product expertise, analytical insight, and effective execution.

You will lead client engagements independently, contribute to advisory efforts, generate insights aligned with client priorities, and help ensure high-quality data outputs. A willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in analytics, healthcare, or strategy consulting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with data operations, client service, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in healthcare data and reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Sg2 strategy clients through ongoing relationship management.
• Lead client engagements and service delivery independently.
• Deliver trainings, executive presentations, and client sessions.
• Customize tools, reports, and data outputs for product utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client and product issues.
• Partner with clients to improve data quality and scope of reporting.
• Analyze healthcare market and data trends to inform insights.
• Coordinate with data operations and product teams on product challenges.
• Evaluate internal processes to improve delivery and value.
• Support account retention and growth with sales and service teams.
