Immunic Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, HCP and Access Marketing to lead end-to-end customer segment strategies for HCPs and access stakeholders ahead of vidofludimus calcium launch in relapsing MS. This builder role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution across US markets, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Direct experience leading HCP and market access strategy and marketing through launches.
• Experience translating clinical data into differentiated brand messaging.

Responsabilités

• Own HCP and organized customer/access segment strategy aligned with brand narrative.
• Shape the launch playbook with sequencing, prioritization, and pre-launch education.
• Lead omnichannel and digital execution across web, social, and non-personal promotion.
• Apply insights and analytics; collaborate on market research, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Drive market access pull-through with payers and decision-makers; plan and resources.
• Integrate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Legal/Compliance.
• Manage budget for HCP and access marketing; oversee agencies and vendor relations.
• Advise commercial leadership on market dynamics and opportunities.
