Job summary

iFIT is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to translate a hardware vision into executable roadmaps and to align engineering, operations, marketing, and software teams. This role drives long-term strategy for cameras, projectors, consoles, motors, and more, while overseeing a high-performing hardware PM team.

The position emphasizes Phase Gate discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on member value, engagement, and revenue growth through hardware-software integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 8+ years in Product Management for hardware or consumer electronics.
• End-to-end ownership of a hardware product roadmap with CM partners.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term hardware product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and grow a Hardware Product Management team.
• Own the full Product Lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Partner with Software, Content, and AI leadership to create seamless experiences.
• Define portfolio KPIs and lead post-launch reviews for learnings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Member Services for GTM and pricing.
