Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Director, Hardware Design Engineering to lead and scale the hardware design organization across AEC, SCM, SVB/EVB, and rack-scale products. You will own electrical/PCB design, mechanical engineering, validation, lab infrastructure, and customer hardware enablement, delivering integrated connectivity solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading hardware design teams end-to-end for high-speed interconnects.
• Strong background in PCB/substrate design, power delivery, and SI.
• Proven track record guiding hardware validation across products.

• Lead hardware design engineering for AEC/SCM/SVB/EVB and rack-scale products.
• Define the hardware tech roadmap aligned with silicon schedules and customer needs.
• Oversee electrical, PCB, mechanical design, validation, and lab infrastructure.
• Engage with OEM customers to enable hardware designs using Astera Labs silicon.
• Drive a data-driven validation culture with root-cause analysis.
