Senior Director, Growth - US Based Remote

Lensa is the leading career site for job seekers at every stage of their career. Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a professional for the role of Senior Director, Growth. This position is crucial for driving strategic growth and retention of our nationwide network of over 150 affiliates, ensuring delivery of world-class brand value, customer experiences, and leading high-impact projects and processes. The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, drive key customer renewals, promote the Anywhere Winning Behaviors across the network, and lead a high-performing team of Senior Growth Consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, executive presence, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive growth. Additionally, this role will oversee all franchise renewals (approximately 15/year) and seller strategies (approximately 10/year), assisting companies interested in selling or acquiring businesses.

This role is 100% remote and requires travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership in Growth:
  • Spearhead affiliate growth and retention initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, recruiting, mergers & acquisitions, and operational efficiencies.
  • Exhibit influence management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ensure seamless operations and strategic foresight addressing leadership needs.
  • Develop reporting and tracking systems for growth and renewal progress; maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Lead and foster a culture of excellence within the team of senior growth professionals.
  • Renewals & Seller Strategy:
    • Manage affiliate renewals through sophisticated negotiations and execution.
    • Lead efforts for companies interested in selling or acquiring, managing budgets and strategies.
    • Coordinate VIP experiences for renewing or potential sellers, engaging them with brand initiatives.
  • Executive Presence & Brand Leadership:
    • Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence over large affiliate owners.
    • Present confidently at events and brand showcases.
    • Align brand objectives with affiliate goals for mutual success.
    • Travel as needed for relationship building and brand engagement.
  • Analytical and Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate complex data into strategic insights.
    Qualifications
    • 10+ years in real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
    • Strong financial acumen, especially in P&L management, and a data-driven approach.
    • Proven leadership in remote team environments, goal-oriented with results focus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% and reside near a major airport.
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and web-based systems.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
