Senior Director, Growth - US Based Remote

Lensa is the leading career site for job seekers at every stage of their career. Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Senior Director of Growth. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth and retention across our nationwide network of over 150 affiliates, ensuring delivery of world-class brand value, customer experiences, and leading impactful projects and processes. The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies, drive customer renewals, promote the Anywhere Winning Behaviors, and lead a team of Senior Growth Consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, executive presence, and exceptional relationship-building skills to foster growth. Responsibilities include leading franchise renewals (approx. 15/year), seller strategy (approx. 10/year), and supporting companies interested in selling or acquiring businesses. This position is 100% remote with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership in Growth: Lead affiliate growth and retention initiatives, identify opportunities for organic growth, recruiting, mergers & acquisitions, and operational efficiencies. Manage relationships with affiliates and lead a team of senior professionals.
  • Renewals & Seller Strategy: Negotiate and secure key franchise renewals, manage renewal and acquisition efforts, oversee budgets, and coordinate VIP experiences for renewing or selling affiliates.
  • Executive Presence & Brand Leadership: Demonstrate strong executive presence, present at events, align brand and affiliate goals, and promote participation in brand initiatives. Travel as needed.
  • Analytical & Technical Expertise: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning, with 5+ years in leadership. Proven growth and profitability record.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven mindset.
  • Leadership experience in remote settings preferred. Excellent communication, influence, and relationship management skills.
  • Reside near a major airport with ability to travel 25%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and web-based programs.
  • Strategic thinker with independent initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
