The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies, drive customer renewals, promote the Anywhere Winning Behaviors, and lead a high-performing team of Senior Growth Consultants. This role involves leading all franchise renewals (approximately 15/year) and seller strategy (approximately 10/year), supporting companies interested in selling or acquiring businesses. It is a 100% remote position with travel up to 25%.
