Senior Director, Growth - US Based Remote

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a prestigious global franchise, is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to lead strategic growth and retention initiatives for our nationwide network of over 150 affiliates. This role involves developing growth strategies, driving customer renewals, and leading high-impact projects and teams. The position requires close collaboration with leadership to ensure brand value and customer experience excellence. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership in Growth: Lead affiliate growth and retention, identify opportunities for organic growth, mergers, and operational efficiencies, and develop reporting systems to track progress. Foster strong relationships with affiliates and lead a team of senior growth professionals.
  2. Renewals & Seller Strategy: Manage affiliate renewals and negotiations, oversee companies interested in selling or acquiring, and coordinate VIP experiences for renewing companies.
  3. Executive Presence & Brand Leadership: Demonstrate strong executive presence, present at events, and align brand and affiliate goals. Travel as needed for relationship building and brand engagement.
  4. Analytical & Technical Expertise: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to inform strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience leading remote teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis software.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; residence near a major airport with ability to travel up to 25%.
