Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in career management or comparable area, with supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Handshake, Microsoft 365, and AI-based interview, resume, and career management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of career development, recruitment initiatives, and programming for graduate students.
• Develop policies, guidelines, and segmented approaches to support student job searches and connections to opportunities.
• Represent the Office of Career Management with national organizations and collaborate with internal leadership and partners.
• Provide high-impact student coaching and guide staff in building employer and alumni connections to improve outcomes.
• Manage and develop Professional Pathways and Career Boost Networking Programs; oversee hiring and performance management.
