Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with advanced degree or licensure preferred.
• Ten to twelve years of experience in life sciences consulting or related field.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi‑project engagements.
• Recognized industry expertise and strong executive relationships.
• Proven ability to scale teams, methods, and offerings.
• Demonstrated success in business development and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor on government pricing, compliance, and contracting across Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS, and related programs.
• Lead complex client engagements focused on government pricing operations and risk mitigation.
• Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions with scenario modeling and forecasting.
• Develop recommendations for executive stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor team members and support recruiting and practice development.
