Job summary

Omnicom Advertising seeks an Associate Director, Government Finance & Compliance to lead the government accounting, compliance, pricing, and financial transformation across GF&C, reporting to the SVP. This role partners with Finance, Contracts, Legal, Business Development, Operations, HR and executive leadership to support U.S.

government contracting and expand GF&C as a shared-services resource. The position involves strategic leadership across pricing strategies (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, GWAC),

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAAP and government contractor finance.
• Strong executive communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and lead enterprise initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAAP, and other government contracting requirements.
• Lead indirect rate strategy, forecasting, monitoring, optimization, ICS, FPRPs, and Disclosure Statement support.
• Support DCAA, DCMA and other government audits while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Develop compliant pricing strategies for CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and GWAC opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, profitability analysis, and executive decision support.
• Lead development, monitoring, and analysis of indirect rates.
• Mentor staff and help build GF&C organization.
