Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, international trade, customs, or regulatory consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional client engagements while maintaining depth to challenge analyses and resolve issues.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple high-impact, global client engagements with strategic, operational, and financial accountability.
• Provide authoritative guidance on complex trade compliance matters, including U.S. and international laws, export controls, sanctions, and tariff mitigation.
• Serve as senior technical advisor and final quality-control authority for high-risk analyses and advisory deliverables.
• Establish, enforce, and continuously improve standardized methodologies, controls, and QA processes across engagements.
• Direct, mentor, and performance-manage Directors, Managers, and project teams.
